The approval number, hyphenated as FDA prints it ("055-078") — the value the affirmation is filed with. Which affirmation that becomes follows from the number: below 200-000 is a NADA (VNA), at or above is an ANADA (VAN).
When the sponsor voluntarily withdrew the application; null while the approval stands. A withdrawn approval is still suggested, since the withdrawal is a fact the filer needs, but ranks below a current one.
